Diamond Dressing Tools
When using the latest in Abrasive Grinding Products, Dressing is probably the most important factor. DGS manufacture and distribute only the highest quality dressers and equipment available.
DGS stock a comprehensive range of standard single point dressers and chisels to suit their majority of the manual machines in the market along with multipoint and sintered layer dressers for centreless grinding applications.
Dressing tools such as MT1 and Fliese blades for CNC machines such as Studer, Kellenberger and Jones and Shipman are also stocked. These are also manufactured using only the highest quality natural and synthetic diamonds.
PCD and CVD inserts along with the holders to suit your machine are also available. Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) and Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD) diamonds offer a considerably lower purchase costs as compared to a similar profile diamond dressers and the self-centring dresser allows a quick change of tools ideal for the dressing of all aluminium and silicon carbide grinding wheels.
Brake dressers, dressing wheels and truing sticks for diamond and cbn superabrasives are also available.
Specialist high frequency diamond discs and machinery for Vit Cbn products as well as the dressing of Thread wheels for Reishauer and Holroyd gear grinding machines are also available from DGS.
A full resetting and relapping service is available on any make of dresser.
DGS can also offer a dressing service on thread grinding wheels for the Reishauer and Holroyd gear grinding machines.
Just advise DGS of the PA (Pressure Angle), MOD or DP you require on your wheel and DGS can arrange to dress that form into the wheel for you.
